The staff was incredibly knowledgeable; they took the time to explain the differences in gemstones and settings and helped me choose the perfect piece that fit my sister's style. I ended up purchasing a stunning sapphire pendant, which I was told is a great choice for its symbolism of wisdom and royalty. The only downside was that the store was a bit crowded during my visit, but I assume that’s a testament to their popularity.
